I have been a spiritual activist for over 40 years (I started VERY young!) Socially, politically and spiritually working for that which enhances all life, that which empowers women and gives voice to all diversity.

The last 24 years I have done personal coaching, retreats, hosted and variety of workshops. In addition I have created a newsletter called Seeing the World Through Women's Eyes for 10 years.
