| I have discovered that incredible place where my deepest passion intersects my greatest skills. I feel like I have been preparing my whole life to be ready for this opportunity -- and because it is such a complex responsibility I needed every aspect of my first 50 years to complete the training program.
Over those 50 years, I have been a child of a family in a town in Wisconsin, and I have been a woman living in southern California with her own family. I have been a college student at the University of Wisconsin - Madison during the tumultuous years of the Vietnam War, and I have been a high school English teacher in a rural farming community. I have been a grocery store clerk and a secretary and a rental agent and a housekeeper and a paper mill worker and the Executive Director of a non-profit organization and a psychotherapist and a volunteer. I have been married and divorced. I have been happy and depressed and filled with faith and challenged by disappointment. I have been confirmed in a Wisconsin synod Lutheran church and I have been an agnostic and a spiritual seeker and a brilliant light in the mind of God the whole time. I have been blessed to share my life with many amazing people, and the most amazing are my husband and two sons who live in the very center of my heart.
I wake up each day with genuine excitement about the vast wisdom that is being pulled into focus here on this planet at this time and especially about the women rising to bring humanity into balance. It is a profound honor to serve and it is an incredible opportunity to lead. |

| I was a Peace Corps Volunteer and Trainer in the early 70's (with my husband - we just celebrated our 40th anniversary!). Since then I have been a non-profit Program Manager and Executive Director, a University Instructor (Intercultural Communication, Small Group Communication, Practices of Dialogue and Reconciliation, Foundations of Mythology, and Cultivating Inner Awareness), a Mom (2 adult daughters), a Grandmother (grandson aged 4), a Sales Manager (educational toys), and an independent organizational consultant (communication skills and conflict management, creating collaborative organizations, and managing change and transitions). In 2004 I completed my dissertation for a Ph.D. in Mythology and Depth Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute. (Title: "Weaving Wisdom: Creating Partnership Organizations in a Heroic and Hierarchical World.") That work is giving birth to two books, the first of which was published in Fall 2005: "Creating Partnerships: Unleashing Collaborative Power in the Workplace." The accompanying "Field Guide for Collaboration" was published in February 2010. The second book is "under construction."

| I am 29 years old, I live in Melbourne, Australia and I currently doing online university in Women's Studies. About 4 months ago something happened and I knew I could no longer take everything that was being handed to me, by society, religion, work, family, etc. I had to seek out the feminine. So I started to research our history. I started in Sumer and quickly became connected to the Goddess Inanna. Through myths, stories and facts i pieced together a time line of how and why we have come out the lesser sex in this world. I always thought that I hated, my father, men etc but what i came to realise was that I felt betrayed by my mother (and for good reason) and so i cut myself off from the feminine when I was young. I have been so fragmented for so long that now thanks to my nagging instincts lol and great women like Jean Shinoda Bolen, Tori Amos, Ernestine L Rose and many many others I am starting to understand what the feminine and being connected to the feminine really means. I want to help women in any way I can. |

I started studying Holistic Health for my own self care, after the loss of many loved ones including my spouse and mother. I have been walking down this path of self discovery and acceptance for the last 14 years.
I am a Seeker, Listener and a Witness. During my journey I recognized a need among women to share, be supported, and be unconditionally accepted for who they are. Each Spring and Fall I plan and faciliate a retreat to areas like Sedona, AZ, Idyllwild and Mt.Shasta California wherever I am called. Each retreat is different depending on the women that are drawn to attend. It is my blessing to help women evolve to their greatest potential.
Mostly we co-create a sacred space where each women can be there authentic selves and if they don't know what that is (as many of us don't) we explore our wildest inspiriation and what we aspire to be when we grow up. I always add in some self-care massages, Reiki or just a bubble bath what ever the womens mind, body and souls are open too. We share in ceremonies such as Drum Circles and Water Blessings.
What draws me here is Women, I am in awe of them and all they can do and I love to hear each of her stories. I gather strength, wisdom and clarity. I am proud to walk forward hand in hand,shoulder to shoulder with my head held high down the yellowbrick road to OZ where all of our dreams come true! |
