My name is Christine Mac Shane and after a 20 year marriage, was left with bankruptcy, depressed income and a shattered sense of self. The process of re-invention had begun! With the help of friends and family, I have slowly recreated who I truly am and in so doing, hope to offer what I have learned to others. I have partnered with Kristiana Lopez of Awakened Yoga in Chico, to form Tiger Lilly Productions and it is here that we offer direction and healing through energy and yoga. I have written a workbook for our "Living Yoganically" workshop series. It guides you through your beliefs and with the power of yoga, opens blocked energy and leaves you with your true inner strength...knowing who YOU are. Our workshops fill up very fast and as we develop our new book and workshop on PTSD and energy healing, we are seeing a migration toward this modality of self development. My other partner in crime, Trisha Coder and I have a film production company called Twirling Skirts Productions. We are currently filming our travel/craft series, "Within Your Reach" for PBS and are preparing to film a documentary on energy healing and its effect on PTSD. We have been following the amazing progress of Kristiana as she works on a sweet 10 year old girl who was told she would never walk again. After energy work for 4 months...she can move her arms and cycle a bike! I am always inspired by the world we live in.
