ON U.N. WOMEN'S CIRCLES CONNECTING
During my MA in the mid 90s I took an emphasis in Women's Studies. That inspired me to enter feminist activism. I was pre-law from a young age but decided against law school for awhile. Then I decided to complete public interest law school, emphasizing in International Women's Human Rights. During law school I interned with Women's Intercultural Network (WIN), consultative to the United Nations. Through WIN I joined UNA-SF in 2009, currently as Executive Secretary, and also as Co-Chair of the Women's Committee. For CSW-57, I am a delegate with EarthChild Institute.
